Olavo Rodrigues

B.A. in Business Administration from Mackenzie University. He has worked for more than 14 years as Member of the Board of Directors, as well as in Fiscal and Advisory Councils in publicly traded companies and family-owned from various economy sectors, such as; Hydroelectric Power Generation, Civil Construction, Urban Development, Wind Power Generation, Food and Non-Food Retail; Health; Textile Industry; and Beverage Industry. As executive, he started his career at Arthur Andersen 35 years ago and he was President and Executive Director in several companies. He has been a member of the IBGC since 2006.

Ronald Bozza

B.A. in Business Administration from Mackenzie University, post-graduation in Human Resources from UNA-MG and Master in Business Management and Strategy from UFRJ. He has approximately 30 years of experience in the development of consulting projects, with more than 300 national and multinational companies, focusing on Human Resources and Organization areas. He worked at companies such as Dow Chemical, Rhodia, Korn Ferry Hay and Pepsi. He is an independent Member of People Committee and has supported Boards of Directors, as well as Family-Owned Board companies for the past 20 years.

Marcos Rodrigues

B.A. in Business Administration, post-graduation in Industrial Administration – USP-POLI, MBA in Business Management FGV – University of California. Board Member – IBGC and Executive with 30 years of experience. He has served in various C-Level positions in companies in Consulting, Civil Construction, Retail, Technology and BPO sectors in Brazil and abroad. He currently works on value creation, business transformation, restructuring, performance improvement, turnaround and M&A projects. He serves as Member in Boards of Directors and Councils in the segments of Education, Health, Industry, Transport, Technology and Services.

João Bosco de Castro

PhD in Quantitative Methods from FEA/USP, Master in Accounting and Finance from PUC/SP, MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic (USA), Specialization in Business Administration from FGV/SP, B.S. in Electronic Engineering from ITA. He was guest postgraduate Professor at FIA/USP, FIPE/USP and Saint Paul Business School. He was Global Director of Industry Analysis and Strategy for Alcoa Inc.’s Primary Division (USA), Director of Investment Control at Telefónica, Consultant at Booz-Allen and Software Engineer at EMBRAER. He currently works in Strategy and Business Analytics and served as business consultant for companies such as Votorantim Metais, CBA and Whirlpool.
