por la Universidad Mackenzie. Ha trabajado durante m\u00e1s de 14 a\u00f1os como miembro del Junta Directiva, Consejo Fiscal y Asesor en empresas que cotizan en bolsa y familiares de diversos sectores de la econom\u00eda, tales como: Generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda hidroel\u00e9ctrica, construcci\u00f3n civil, desarrollo urbano, generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica, venta minorista de alimentos y no alimento, Operador de Salud, Industria Textil y industria de bebidas. Como ejecutivo, comenz\u00f3 su carrera en Arthur Andersen hace 35 a\u00f1os y fue presidente y director ejecutivo de varias empresas. Tiene aproximadamente 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia desarrollando proyectos de consultor\u00eda con m\u00e1s de 300 empresas nacionales y multinacionales, centr\u00e1ndose en el \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos y Organizaci\u00f3n. Trabaj\u00f3 para compa\u00f1\u00edas como Dow Qu\u00edmica, Rhodia, Korn Ferry Hay y Pepsi.
